Mindful Eating – 14 Super Foods

While I was at the library recently looking for some books to help me along my journey of changing my eating habits I came across the book SuperFoods: Fourteen Foods That Will Change Your Life by: Steven Pratt, M.D., and Kathy Matthews. It walks you through each of the 14 super foods and talks about how they will benefit you, gives recipes and shopping tips for each of them. I really like the book because it is helping me decide what I need to add more of to my diet especially since it is in the process of changing.
