Nature hikes are one of my favorite activities to do outdoors. You can do it at a park, in the woods, on a city street or in your own yard. All you really need to do is focus on the natural settings around you. Breathe in the air, look at the textures of the leaves, collect different items, ie. rocks, leaves, acorns, sticks, flowers, etc… There are endless possibilities when it comes to a simple nature walk.
